Returns & Refunds Policy

No Returns or Exchanges
All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been placed. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at kostclothing@outlook.com. We will work with you to provide a suitable solution, such as a replacement or store credit, depending on the situation.

Order Cancellations
Once an order has been processed and shipped, it cannot be cancelled. If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us immediately after purchase. We cannot guarantee that cancellation will be possible, but we will do our best to assist you.

Unclaimed Packages
If an order is not collected and is returned to us by the shipping carrier, we may charge additional fees for re-shipping. Refunds will not be issued for unclaimed packages.
