Processing & Shipping Time
We process and ship orders within 1 to 3 buisness days after payment is received. Delivery times vary depending on the shipping method and destination, but are typically 3 to 7 buisness day within Sweden.

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and displayed before you complete your purchase. 

Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your delivery.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us immediately at: kostclothing@outlook.com within 48 hours of receiving the delivery. We will assist you in resolving the issue.

Returns & Exchanges
We do not accept returns or exchanges. All sales are final. Please make sure to review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

Unclaimed Packages
If a package is not collected and is returned to us by the shipping carrier, additional fees may apply. Please contact us for further details if needed.
